Observations

As you can see after making higher high and higher low and breakout its previous high which is 1500 with heavy volume stock again retraced till 1500 and again rise with heavy volume. If you see stock show already a bullish crossover on September 1st week. If you see on day chart stock just cross its previous High which is 1800 also show bullish crossover on day chart. Stock can retrace till 1800 for better upside move. Also stocks trade above its all EMA on day as well as week chart also cross RSI 60 levels from below to upward direction

1. Sun Pharmaceutical Industries announced the successful completion of the merger of Taro Pharmaceutical Industries (NYSE: TARO) (Taro) with its subsidiary. As part of this merger, Sun Pharma acquired all outstanding ordinary shares of Taro other than the shares already held by Sun Pharma or its affiliates. As a result of the merger, Taro is now a private company and wholly owned by Sun Pharma. Sun Pharma has been the majority shareholder of Taro since 2010.

2. Adani Group to invest $100 billion (82 lakh crore) in energy transition: Gautam Adani. Besides building solar parks to produce electricity from sunlight and wind farms that do the same from wind, the conglomerate is building major facilities to manufacture electrolyzes for making green hydrogen, wind power turbines and solar panels.
